Call for Consultancy: End of Project Evaluation – Child Friendly Churches 2.0
Viva Network Zimbabwe (VNZ), in partnership with Viva Denmark and supported by the Center for Church-Based Development (CKU), invites qualified consultants to conduct an independent end-of-project evaluation of the Child Friendly Churches 2.0 (CFC 2.0) project, implemented from July 2024 to March 2026.
The evaluation will assess the project’s relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability, with a particular focus on how churches have been strengthened as centers of child protection. The consultant will also evaluate outcomes related to child protection systems, child participation, community engagement, and collaboration with key stakeholders.
This assignment requires a highly experienced consultant or team with expertise in monitoring and evaluation, child protection programming, and faith-based development approaches. The evaluation will generate evidence-based insights, lessons learned, and practical recommendations to inform future programming and potential scale-up.
Interested consultants are invited to submit both technical and financial proposals, along with relevant experience and references.
