Call for Consultancy: End of Project Evaluation – Child Friendly Churches Project
Viva Network Zimbabwe (VNZ) invites qualified consultants to conduct an end-of-project evaluation for the Child Friendly Churches Project, implemented from February 2022 to July 2023.
The project aims to protect vulnerable children from abuse and exploitation by strengthening churches as agents of child protection. Through a community-based approach, the project supports churches to establish child protection systems and mobilizes national denominational bodies to promote child safeguarding practices across Zimbabwe.
The purpose of the evaluation is to assess the project’s relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability. The consultant will also document key lessons learned and provide practical recommendations to inform future programming. Particular attention will be given to the effectiveness of church-based and community-driven approaches, as well as the level of child participation within the project.
The assignment will include the development of an inception report, draft and final evaluation reports, and presentation of findings to VNZ stakeholders.
