Call for Consultancy: End of Project Evaluation – Reduced Abuse and Child Exploitation Project
Viva Network Zimbabwe (VNZ) invites qualified consultants to conduct an end-of-project evaluation for the Reduced Abuse and Child Exploitation of Children in Zimbabwe project, implemented from March 2021 to December 2023 in Epworth and Hatcliffe.
The project aims to reduce abuse and exploitation of vulnerable children by strengthening access to justice, addressing harmful social norms, and improving household resilience through community-based approaches. The intervention targets at-risk children and families while working with civil society, policymakers, and justice systems to promote child protection.
The purpose of the evaluation is to assess the project’s relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability. The consultant will also document key lessons learned and provide actionable recommendations for future programming. Particular attention will be given to community-based approaches, stakeholder collaboration, and child participation.
The assignment will include the development of an inception report, draft and final evaluation reports, and presentation of findings to VNZ stakeholders.
