Oversight

The Governing Board provides legal and policy oversight on behalf of the network membership. It safeguards VNZ’s mission, standards, resources and accountability.

Coordination and delivery

The Network Coordinator leads day-to-day organisational management. Programme, finance and administration functions support project teams, field personnel, volunteers and member organisations.

Accountability in practice

Standards become meaningful when communities know what to expect and can raise concerns safely. VNZ integrates safeguarding, complaints, feedback, review and learning into its work.
