Meaningful participation
Children have a voice in the work that affects them.
Children help shape activities, share feedback through safer channels and take age-appropriate leadership roles. Their involvement is supported by consent, safeguarding and clear adult accountability.
Safeguarding comes first. We do not publish identifying case details, and sensitive concerns follow dedicated reporting and referral pathways.
