ISALs boost broiler projects in Epworth

Sibonikele Phili used a USD 50 seed grant to purchase 25 chicks and feed for a broiler project in Epworth. When early losses threatened the venture, she drew support from her Internal Savings and Lending group, locally known as mukando.\n\nThe project recovered and began producing income that helped cover school fees, uniforms and essential household needs. Her experience demonstrates the value of combining targeted grants with community savings and mutual support.
